Apprenticeship scheme
Our engineering apprenticeship is a great opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification.
In our engineering apprenticeship you will learn and become qualified in mechanical, electrical, design and manufacturing disciplines working alongside well-established professionals in their field. The delivery of this standard requires a full year off the job training at the IPS Training centre in Rochester.

We offer a variety of apprenticeships including Level 3 & 4 in Engineering, IT, Customer Service and Team Leadership.

Internships
An internship can give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an industry that interests you before you progress further into your educational path. It can also enhance the qualifications on your resume. Exploring the benefits of being an intern can help you decide if this type of program is right for you and your career goals.
We offer 2 internships and micro-internships for Students including Design Project Engineer, Manufacturing Project Engineer with both short term and long-term placements from 4 weeks to 1 year. We are keen to develop future leaders that can contribute to and continue the success of our business and believe this comes from supporting the next generation of engineers.

School & College T-Level Work Experience
We offer various placements supporting the local schools to give students experience in the following departments in one week block placements or longer terms T-Level placements of 10 weeks: We can do work experience in the following areas:
Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly, Mould Shop, Machine Shop, Tool Room, IT, Customer Services and Finance
